Yes, you are required to create an account to have access to our services, receive your U.S mailing address, to ship packages and receive updates.

Once your package arrives in Jamaica, you'll get a notification. One of our agents will then contact you to arrange delivery.

Once we receive your package at our Florida warehouse, it takes 2-3 business days to arrive in Jamaica and be ready for delivery, provided there are no delays or customs holds.

We need to declare the contents and value of each package to Jamaica Customs using your invoices. Without them, there could be delays, and customs might assign a different value to your package.

Payments can be made by: 1) Debit/Credit Cards 2) Online Bank Transfers 3) Cash on Delivery.

To avoid paying customs duties, keep your package's invoice total under $100.00 USD. Packages valued over this amount are subject to duty charges.
